Choose the program suited best for you and make your payment.
Receive a payment link to complete your enrolment and begin services.
You're program will be set-up and delivered to you prior to the start date discussed in your consultation.

Begin your program and check-in weekly with Coach Terry .
Using the DC app, track your progress by completing and logging your workouts & nutrition, work on habits, and check-in with Coach Terry to get the support you need to reach your goals.
