You're program will be set-up and delivered to you prior to the start date discussed in your consultation.

Begin your program and check-in weekly with Coach Terry .

Using the DC app, track your progress by completing and logging your workouts & nutrition, work on habits, and check-in with Coach Terry to get the support you need to reach your goals.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I track & record a workout?

Tracking is done through the DC app. Click on the workout and then click “START” to begin. Select “SAVE” when finished.

What equipment do I need for online training?

Having a gym membership is ideal, but access to a set of dumbbells and barbells will do.

What if I have a question about my program?

Make sure to follow the email protocol outlined under support. You can reach me through the DC app and/or via email.

What if I can't do an exercise in my program? Can I switch it for another?

Yes. If there is a particular exercise or movement that you're not comfortable with, you can swap it out with a different exercise that will work the same muscles. 

Can I still drink alcohol while on the program?

Alcohol is something that will slow down your progress and offers no physiological advantage. Consumption will be shooting yourself in the foot and push your goals further and further away.

How do I track my food intake?

Food tracking can be done through the DC app or through your myfitnesspal account linked to the DC app. Create an account, download the app and get tracking.

Can I access the DC app on a desktop?

Your program calendar as well as workout, nutrition & habit inputs only accessible through the DC app on a mobile device such as a smartphone, iPad and tablet. However, you can monitor progress and use the messaging feature using a web browser.

Will my program work if I’m a “hard gainer”

Yes. If you’re goal is to gain muscle, be sure to carefully follow your nutrition and exercise plan. I will specifically design your program to help you get the results you want.
