
PERFORMANCE MEMBERSHIP
SPORT PERFORMANCE. A sport-specific, multi-phase, periodization program designed to prepare the seasoned athlete for athletic activity/competition. Following the development of a solid Functional Training baseline, the program takes you through various phases designed to improve body composition, increase strength & boost endurance, before converting it to game-time performance.
DETAILS:
Phase 1: ADAPT. Here you'll build, or strengthen, a solid foundation of functional movement & nutrition necessary to improve body awareness, coordination, & performance.
Phase 2: BUILD. After laying a good foundation, it's time to build on it. Here you will build muscle, strength & endurance specific to your sport/activity. You will also continue to improve energy production, optimize rest & recovery, and improve body composition (i.e. build muscle/burn fat) beneficial to your sport/activity.
Phase 3: CONVERT. Here you will convert your muscle & strength gains to game-time power and performance. This is the point that not many Dudes ever get to - empowerment, strength and confidence to "up their game" and take their performance to new heights.
